Print Quality Guarantee

Quality guaranteed—or your money back.

If your card arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the preview you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We’ll provide either a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method—your choice.

What the guarantee does not cover

You approve the artwork, message and recipient details before we print. The Print Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing and fulfillment quality. It does not cover:

• Typos or content you approved, including artwork you later decide you dislike.
• Incorrect recipient addresses you supplied.
• Changing your mind after production begins.
• Minor screen-to-print color differences.
• Delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Before submission to the printer

Use the cancellation button on your order page while it is available. After submission, contact support immediately; cancellation depends on the provider and is not guaranteed. An eligible cancellation of a single-card cash payment receives a refund to the original payment method. A confirmed cancellation of a credit-funded card restores its credit; contact support if you prefer a refund of the amount allocated to that unused credit. Your order page reports cancellation and refund progress separately.

How to request a reprint or refund

Email support@mailthisnow.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo showing the issue, and whether you prefer a free reprint or a refund. You can also open a support request from your order page and email us the photo. A full refund includes what you paid for the affected card, including any charged postage and applicable tax. It goes back to the original payment method. A replacement includes printing and standard postage at no cost to you. You do not need to contact our print provider yourself.

If your card has not arrived

Wait until the estimated delivery window has ended, then report non-delivery from the order page or email support@mailthisnow.com so we can investigate. Ordinary first-class mail may not include individual delivery tracking. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Prepaid cards and five-card packs

A pack includes five cards total, including the current card. Pay $29.99 when sending now, or after saving by email choose a $7.99 single-card credit or a $24.99 five-card pack. These are one-time purchases with no subscription. Card credits never expire and include printing, an envelope, domestic US postage and applicable sales tax, calculated when the destination is known. Delivery is available to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Artwork is kept for 120 days; after expiry a credit can be used with a new design. Before printing, a cancelled credit-funded order restores the credit. Ask support to refund unused credits to your original payment method. A print-quality refund returns the paid value allocated to the affected card (pack price divided across five credits, with any odd cents allocated at purchase), including applicable tax; it does not refund the other cards in the pack or restore a refunded credit. Reprints use no extra credit.

Artwork generation purchases

Generation packs are separate digital purchases and are not covered by the Print Quality Guarantee. Failed generations restore their generation credit. You can cancel an unused pack from its purchase page before submitting the final card. Legacy address-bound card prepayments remain credited toward the final card and can be cancelled before redemption. Contact support for help with a used pack or an already submitted order.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
