A test experience
This release demonstrates the creation, approval, and order workflow. Sandbox orders are simulations and do not result in physical mail. The $9.99 total is a test quote, not a live offer to sell a mailed card. Delivery eligibility excludes New York State, US territories, and military addresses.
Custom artwork allowances
Website custom generation requires a verified Google or email account. One generation is free per customer account. Card prepayment includes three more for that card; additional packs provide five for $1.49 plus any applicable tax, and may be purchased repeatedly after the current balance is used. Failed generations restore the customer allowance. Daily preview capacity limits still apply. Prepayment is credited toward the final card and does not approve its artwork or send mail. This release supports simulated or Stripe test purchases only.
Your content and approval
Use images and text you have permission to use. You are responsible for checking wording, images, and recipient details. Each purchase approval applies only to the exact draft version, price, recipient, and estimated arrival window presented.
Sharing artwork with the catalog
Sharing is optional and separate from card or purchase approval. By choosing to submit artwork, you allow MailThisNow to display the artwork and public title after review, and to let other customers reuse the artwork on their cards. Submit only content suitable for that public reuse. Your personal message is excluded. Withdrawal removes the design from the catalog for future use; it does not undo existing card copies. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, compensation, exclusivity, or copyright protection.
No delivery guarantee
Delivery windows are estimates unless explicitly identified as guaranteed. A desired arrival date does not change the mailing service or guarantee arrival.
Responsible use
Do not use Mail This for threats, targeted harassment, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, deceptive invoices, prohibited mail, or mass unsolicited advertising. Quantity is limited to one card per approved order.
Before live launch
Final business details, customer support contacts, fulfillment-provider terms, taxes, and the live terms of sale will be published before payments for physical cards are enabled.
