Your card, printed and mailed

MailThisNow is operated by Topps Solutions LLC. One personalized folded greeting card costs $9.99, including an envelope and standard domestic postage, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. Cards use Cardly’s supported 125 × 175 mm folded stock (approximately 4.9 × 6.9 inches), in portrait or landscape orientation. We serve all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and military addresses are not supported. We submit your approved card to Cardly only after payment is confirmed.

Custom artwork allowances

You get 20 free artwork generations without signing up or logging in, shared across your cards. Signing in keeps your work and used allowance together; it does not add another free allowance. A paid, approved card order resets the free allowance to 20; unused free generations do not accumulate. After using your available generations, add 20 more for $1.00 plus applicable tax for the same card, paid at final card checkout. Repeat packs are allowed, with no card prepayment required. Failed generations restore their credit. Buying a pack does not approve artwork or include printing and mailing. Existing prepayments and their promised credits remain valid; prepayment alone does not reset the free allowance. Card prepayments remain unfinished until final approval. An unused generation pack can be cancelled from its purchase page before the card is submitted. Used packs require support assistance.

Your content and approval

Use images and text you have permission to use. You are responsible for checking wording, images, and recipient details. Each purchase approval applies only to the exact draft version, price, recipient, and estimated arrival window presented.

Sharing artwork with the catalog

Sharing is optional and separate from card or purchase approval. By choosing to submit artwork, you allow MailThisNow to display the artwork and public title after review, and to let other customers reuse the artwork on their cards. Submit only content suitable for that public reuse. Your personal message is excluded. Withdrawal removes the design from the catalog for future use; it does not undo existing card copies. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, compensation, exclusivity, or copyright protection.

No delivery guarantee

Delivery windows are estimates unless explicitly identified as guaranteed. A desired arrival date does not change the mailing service or guarantee arrival.

Responsible use

Do not use Mail This for threats, targeted harassment, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, deceptive invoices, prohibited mail, or mass unsolicited advertising. Quantity is limited to one card per approved order. Automated screening may hold a composition for merchant review before checkout. A review decision applies only to that exact card, does not approve a purchase and does not publish its artwork. You can revise a declined card; screening outages require retrying later. Screening cannot establish image ownership, consent or whether every kind of material may legally be mailed.

Prepaid cards and five-card packs

A pack includes five cards total, including the current card. Pay $29.99 when sending now, or after saving by email choose a $7.99 single-card credit or a $24.99 five-card pack. These are one-time purchases with no subscription. Card credits never expire and include printing, an envelope, domestic US postage and applicable sales tax, calculated when the destination is known. Delivery is available to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Artwork is kept for 120 days; after expiry a credit can be used with a new design. Before printing, a cancelled credit-funded order restores the credit. Ask support to refund unused credits to your original payment method. A print-quality refund returns the paid value allocated to the affected card (pack price divided across five credits, with any odd cents allocated at purchase), including applicable tax; it does not refund the other cards in the pack or restore a refunded credit. Reprints use no extra credit.

Checking delivery addresses

The address you enter for a live order is sent to Google Maps for validation. We request only the mailing details, without your name or card message. We automatically check completed addresses. If a correction is needed, you review and accept the suggested address before it is used for your card. You approve the delivery details and total when continuing to payment. We retain your confirmed delivery details and our confirmation event with the sending record. Unconfirmed suggestions stay in browser memory for up to 15 minutes and are not saved in our database. Address checks do not guarantee delivery. Use a real address when checking; fictional test addresses must stay in the sandbox.
